KIDS FAQ
Each of our volunteers has completed a Child Safety Class which includes age-level training, thorough review of our safety and security policies and a background check. This detailed process ensures that we will provide your child with the best possible care in a safe and secure child-friendly environment.
Fellowship Kids is a peanut-free environment. Please do not send any snacks with your child.
We operate a well-child environment. For the protection of all the children in our ministry, we cannot accept a child with a runny nose, fresh cold (four days or less), fever, rash, persistent cough, diarrhea or any other signs of illness. We request that you not place your child in the program while they are at risk of exposing other children. Thank you in advance for helping us to keep Fellowship Kids a healthy place!
At the time of check-in, a trained volunteer will greet you. You will be asked to provide us with a phone number for a cell phone that you have in your possession. In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will send you a text message. (Remember to leave your cell phone on vibrate/silence during the service.) If your child cries, our caring volunteer leaders will immediately soothe your child. If your child cries for an extended period of ten minutes, we will text you. You and your child will receive a check-in tag specifically created for your child. To ensure their security, your child will not be released without presentation of your corresponding tag.
We will ask for a small amount of information at check in but we encourage first time guests to fill out the form here and skip that step when you arrive.
